1. Free price-estimate

The first step towards selling your home is a free price estimate from a real estate agent, which is not yet binding. 2. Contract of sale

I myself remember a situation where I was interested in an apartment and found that many other people were interested in the same apartment. Offers were made. I decided that now I would make an offer that would really get me the apartment. Unfortunately, even this was not enough, because someone else had made an even higher offer.
